New Exhibits on Display at Carrollton Cultural Arts Center

The Carrollton Cultural Arts Center is hosting some of the detailed pottery and mosaics created by local artists Helen Helwig, Don McWhorter, Ron Free, Randy Ayers and Melanie Drew in the building’s Galleria from March 1 through June 30. The display is free and all members of the public are welcome to come down and support show their support of the local artistic community.

The Carrollton Cultural Arts Center also opened The National Watercolor Show earlier this month in the Roush Gallery and the Galleria. The exhibit features lavish watercolor paintings of subjects ranging from landscapes, to portraits to the abstract. 

The National Watercolor Show will be on display until April 21, with watercolor workshops scheduled for April 6 through 8 and a reception planned for Saturday, April 9th at 2:45 p.m. For more information call the Carrollton Cultural Arts Center at 770.838.1083.
